His goal is for all our associates to become better versions of themselves, and he guides them along their professional path. Richard is involved with employees from talent acquisition, to onboarding and coaching. He works closely with our Senior Specialists to identify needs and provide support. In an industry that can be known for high-stress situations, Richard prefers a relaxed approach. He mentally prepares for the next day by staying active, ending each day on a good note.
