Having been with the company for over a decade, our CEO Pete Olson knows our past, present and future. Pete was brought on in 2010 and was responsible for rebuilding the company following the Financial Crisis, and the passing of the company’s founder Jack Kelly. With his extensive history in the financial industry, he implemented more efficient processes and built up a team that succeeds together. Pete became Owner and CEO in 2014, but he affectionately refers to his role as Chief Vision Officer. That vision is based on making an overall positive impact, inside and outside our industry. Pete is a trained Climate Reality Leader in Al Gore’s Climate Reality Project, and shines a light on the climate crisis and its solutions. Sustainability and healthy practices, personal and professional, are embedded into our company culture. From professional golfer and professor, to financial professional and CEO, Pete uses his eclectic history to ensure the best is yet to come.
